MTL stands for “mouth to lung” which is essentially the same process you used for smoking. It’s when you draw some vapour into your mouth, then inhale down into your lungs. DTL on the other hand stands for “direct to lung” where the inhale is much more loose and bypasses the mouth to be inhaled directly into the lungs.
