According to the latest preliminary data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, roughly 100,000 people in the U.S. died from overdoses over a 12-month period, a massive surge from a year earlier…..”
The Biden team is scrambling to slow a crushing wave of drug overdose deaths
And in this same period how many have died from vaping? Or, even directly from the drug nicotine? Few if any.
Sure nicotine is recognized as an addictive substance – And maybe that is a reason not to become addicted to it and to warn the public accordingly.
But many people have many so-called bad habits – maybe its in the psychology of some people to have a habit to cling on to? – But while many of the drug habits often have lethal consequences – Vaping is apparently much safer and far less likely to cause harm.
So while they keep directing wasted energy on tobacco and now vaping, would it not be better I ask for them to be focusing on lethal drug addictions and leave safer and much more benign habits like vaping alone?
